LinkGather - To Export WordPress Links



This plugin gives you the ability to export the web addresses for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets design.

You can get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, alternatively you can just go to the link below:

When you have installed the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

Step by Step Instructions


A new menu item on the left side of your WordPress admin console will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available to you:

When you click on the Home link, this will navigate to the plugins homepage which supplies instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links title to move you to the page that will show all of your blog sites published posts’ URL. Be aware that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URL's in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of here your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the link list, you should see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts get more info in CSV style.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of supplying back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

wp.me Links


The option website for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, JetPack ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Hoping that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack URL's that it has gathered:
